However, realizing the full potential of Architecture 2.0 requires collaboration. Cross-disciplinary partnerships in the open source domain will drive the development of open source model architectures, datasets, and tools tailored for hardware design. Adopting open source practices in developing foundation models and datasets will accelerate progress, foster collaboration, and ensure the benefits of this approach are accessible to all.
