A decade ago, many students discovered computing by taking apart their home PC. These days computers are so hermetically sealed with screws and warranties. How are today's students supposed to see how they tick? The Raspberry Pi is a inexpensive computer that allows students to easily modify and tinker with computer parts, discover programming languages, and make their own computer games. In this presentation, Sean will show the audience exactly what a Raspberry Pi is, and demonstrate some ways that it could be used in class or science clubs.
