Description:	2012 wurde das deutsche Python-Forum nun 10 Jahre alt. Zeit das Forum den Leuten vorzustellen, die das Forum noch nicht kennen oder eine Abneigung zu Webforen haben. 10 Jahre, das ist genug Zeit um in dessen Geschichte zurückzublicken wie es zum Forum kam und wie es sich entwickelt hat, was es so für Phasen gab und wie sich die Python-Community in dieser Zeit geändert hat. Ebenfalls kann man die Entwicklung anhand einiger Statistiken verdeutlichen und vielleicht daraus Trends für die Verbreitung von Python in Deutschland ableiten. Ein wichtiger Punkt ist natürlich die Community, welche Regeln im Forum gelten und warum wir finden dass sie funktionieren. Dabei muss man verstehen wie die Community "tickt" und wie der Job eines Moderators ausschaut. Die ein oder andere lustige Geschichte findet sich im Vortrag sicher auch, von den Foren-Memes, über Flamewars bishin zum gemeinschaflichen Codegolfen. Und wer Interesse hat, kann einfach so im Forum auf [python-forum.de](http://www.python-forum.de/) mitlesen oder sich anmelden und mitposten. Der Vortragende ist nun seit einigen Jahren Mitglied im Foren-Team und sowohl im Forum als auch auf der Newsgroup/Mailingliste und hat schon eine ganze Reihe Trends gesehen und Threads gelesen. markdown
