"Potentially shippable increment of product in 30 days" -- dies ist die Vision von Scrum bzw. das grundsätzliche Ziel von agiler Softwareentwicklung bzw. Vorgehen in IT - Projekten. Dieses Ziel fordert, dass innerhalb eines Sprints , entworfen, implementiert, getestet, freigegeben und eine Distribution erstellt und installiert wird. Im Rahmen des Vortrags wird behandelt, wie durch den Einsatz einfacher Python - Macros innerhalb des Projekt- und Issue-Trackingsystems TRAC methodisch gute (für Entwickler und Kunden verständliche) Userstories, Usecases und Testcases entstehen. Es wird gezeigt, wie diese erzeugt, verwaltet, angewandt und durchgeführt werden und damit allen Projektbeteiligten ermöglicht wird, agile Paradigmen und Vorgehensweisen einfach und effizient anzuwenden. Die vorgestellten Vorgehensweisen wurden von den Autoren, mehrfach erfolgreich in großen Industrieprojekten als auch in kleinen internen Softwareprojekten angewendet.
