Every successful Drupal agency has a roster of long term clients who probably account for 80% of their ongoing revenue. It's these type of clients that we all aspire to winning and retaining, but how can you do this year after year through constant change of personnel, strategies and budgets? This talk will go into detail about how to first identify and secure the types of clients that you can form multi-year relationships with. Once you've delivered that first successful project, how do you put the processes and relationship management in place to ensure you can replicate this success time and again? Aimed at agency leaders and project managers we'll be using real world examples of what happens when you get it right and, of course, sometimes terribly wrong!
