Thanks to technology we now have the ability to be more connected than ever before with the rest of the world. As educators, how can we get the most out of our growing access to technology to help our students develop their global competence? Why is global competence important for our students and our teachers? This session focuses on how we can harness the power of technology in the classroom to help our students develop their sense of place in the world and use their knowledge and skills to #bethechange they want to see in the world. It looks at free tools available to use in the classroom aimed at connecting your students with the world for authentic purposes.
