Games are just one way we learn, so why not use them to learn vocabulary. In this interactive workshop we will explore how games can be used to develop vocabulary in the classroom, as well as how to use games as part of your assessment processes. This workshop covers some of the basics for developing computer based games for vocabulary acquisition in the classroom, with a variety of tools being utilized. Participants should be able to implement an idea from this workshop almost immediately once they return to school.
