In this session you'll get some hands on time to play with Lego Mindstorms (senior primary/high school ) and Lego WeDo (junior primary), have the opportunity to speak to students involved in the program and hear about how Wooranna Park got started on their journey. The goal of the Lego Mindstorms Robotics Programme at Wooranna Park is to create meaningful and powerful learning opportunities for students across a variety of disciplines. The programme aims to tap into students curiosity about how things work and through both the software (programming) and hardware (engineering) components are given opportunities to explore these questions.
