Python bietet eine sehr effiziente Basis für das Umsetzen von komplexen Projektanforderungen. Die dadurch bedingten kürzeren Entwicklungszeiten liefern allerdings nicht nur Vorteile, sondern bringen auch neue Herausforderungen mit sich. Der Vortrag liefert praxisnahe und -erprobte Vorschläge für das Projektmanagement, die eine möglichst effiziente Umsetzung von Projekten auf Python-Basis ermöglichen. Darüber hinaus soll der Vortrag einen Anstoß zu einer Diskussion über Erfahrungen aus dem Bereich Projektmanagement in Python-Projekten liefern. Ziel sollte es sein, durch Erfahrungsaustausch Python insgesamt im Projektgeschäft voranzubringen.
