Description:	Achtung: Dieser Vortrag wurde abgesagt und fällt aus! Ein Vorteil von Cloud Computing ist, dass man Ressourcen aller Art dynamisch hinzufügen oder abschalten kann. Reicht z. B. die Rechenkapazität der Anwendung nicht aus, fährt man einfach noch ein paar Rechner hoch. Selbst bei einfachen Anwendungen mag man das nicht manuell per Mausklicks erledigen. Python ist eine ideale Programmiersprache, um die Steuerung der Cloud zu übernehmen. Der Vortrag führt in das Paket Boto [0] ein. Diese Bibliothek bietet ein integriertes Interface der Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastrukturdienste. Sie stellt das umfassende AWS API für Python Programme bereit. Zuerst werden Konzepte und die einfache Nutzung vorgestellt. Dazu dienen einfache Beispiele wie das Starten, Abfragen oder Terminieren von virtuellen Hosts mit unterschiedlichen Konfigurationen. Darauf basierend wird erläutert wie man ein skalierbares Continuous Integration System inkl. Compileserver mit Python/boto aufsetzt. Entlang der Beispiele gibt der Vortrag einen Überblick zur Nutzung dieser leistungsfähigen Bibliothek und zeigt wie leicht umfangreiche Systeme mittels Python gesteuert werden können.
