Set your alarm a little later on patch Thursday! Automatic updates of Drupal sites has had a challenging history but improvements in the last few years allow you to automate the job. In this talk we’ll discuss how we are able to scale to support upgrading hundreds of sites with confidence. Some of the topics we’ll be covering include: * A survey of the automated dependency management landscape * A discussion and demonstration of the tools we’ve integrated into our workflow at Amazee. * The importance of automated testing/CI to give confidence of no regressions. * Continuous delivery, testing deployments, be ready to deploy at any stage of the development workflow. * Centralised management of updates via docker base images.
