In 2007 my team and I decided to move our main web sites to Drupal. Things were great - at first. A few years later, things were not going so well any more, and we eventually moved to a different system. Find out what mistakes we made, what we did right, and where we went wrong with migrating data in, views, multi-site setups, caching, giving our users the functionality they wanted and running multiple systems at the same time.
