Description:	How do we think about community in technology rich worlds? Our school community, our neighbourhoods, our city? And, what does this mean for the way we facilitate the learning of young people whose future requires them to navigate data and make sense of more and more information each day. Daniel will talk to his research into robots and the children's expectations of the future, his writings on the importance of respecting childhood and youth and his fascination with the internet of things to create a link between where we are now and where we may conceivably end up - and help us to think about what that means for the work we do and the way we do it in our villages and communities as technology jumps back off the screen. markdown
