Description:
markdown
The iPython notebook has completely replaced our use of MathCAD, MATLAB, and Mathematica. Combined with symPy and pint (a units framework), we are able to perform simple calculations such as the application of structural codes such as AISC, API, DNV, and others to differential equation solutions. I will demonstrate sample notebooks that we routinely use which allow engineers/scientists to document their solutions in an effective and reproducible manner.
